Struxture was engaged by the client to deliver a comprehensive refurbishment of its head office in Carlton – a complex project undertaken within a fully live corporate environment.
The scope included a Level 3 workplace refresh, ground floor lobby upgrades, mechanical and electrical services improvements, as well as cladding remediation and fire booster compliance works. Careful staging and disciplined planning were critical to maintaining business continuity throughout the works, while introducing a brighter, more welcoming environment enhanced by natural light filtering through the revitalised spaces.
Working closely with the client, the team navigated programme acceleration, compliance requirements and live‑environment constraints to deliver a modernised workplace, an enhanced arrival experience and resolved building compliance concerns.
