Struxture is led by a team dedicated to building the right results for our clients. Our collective experience leading high-tech, complex projects spanning the Pharmaceutical & Manufacturing, Education, Health & Aged Care, Heritage, Research & Laboratory, Commercial and Industrial sectors has seen us successfully deliver a broad spectrum of projects for the past 15 years.

Combined we have over 60 years of experience delivering over $1.2b worth of projects. Our leadership team has direct, hands-on involvement in all projects from inception to completion.

Our team comprises of professional and experienced personnel who have demonstrated experience in the successful delivery of a wide range of projects. When considering the personnel and structure for each project, we ensure that the team selected is one which we believe will provide the highest calibre of experience, collaboration and technical expertise required to successfully deliver that specific project.

Paul is Struxture’s Estimating Manager, with more than 14 years of experience in cost planning, estimating, and quantity surveying. Having worked on both client-side and contractor-side projects, he brings a comprehensive understanding of project delivery, commercial management, and preconstruction. Paul has led a broad range of preconstruction activities, including tender preparation, cost planning, value engineering, procurement strategy development, and bid management. He has priced and delivered cost advice across education, health, pharmaceutical, commercial, and government sectors.
