Struxture was engaged to deliver the Torquay Medical Centre, a purpose-built healthcare facility providing modern medical and allied health services for the growing Surf Coast community. Delivered under a Construction Management model, the project involved the coordination of multiple trade partners and stakeholders to achieve a high-quality outcome.
The works included the complete construction of the facility, incorporating structural works, building services, lift installation, internal fit-out and external infrastructure. Through proactive coordination and careful programme management, the project was successfully delivered to support long-term operational performance and future growth.
