Struxture delivered the Creative Arts Centre (CAC) Upgrade and Sports Courts Redevelopment at Melbourne Girls Grammar School (MGGS) in South Yarra.
The scope included a full Creative Arts Centre façade replacement, mechanical services upgrades, structural remediation works and comprehensive internal make‑good works, alongside the redevelopment of the external sports courts, including new asphalt base, rubber surfacing and line marking.
With works carefully programmed across term periods and school holidays, theteam has navigated constrained access conditions, tight delivery windows and multiple technical interfaces to ensure safety, continuity of school operations and programme certainty.
Working collaboratively with key stakeholders and specialist subcontractors, the project successfully delivered significant façade and services upgrades aligned with MGGS’s long‑term campus vision.
