Struxture was engaged by the University of Melbourne to complete the workspace optimisation project on Level 4 of the Sidney Myer Asia Centre (SMAC) building at the university’s Parkville campus.
The project included the refurbishment of individual offices and large open plan work area complete with new visitor reception space. The fit-out works were complimented with acoustic wall panels, feature ceilings, floorcoverings, new Audio-Visual equipment and office furniture. All work was completed within an operational setting with University operations maintained to adjacent parts of the building throughout the works.
